A school is not just for learning. A school is not just for academic programs, marks and exams. As stated in our philosophy, we believe that a school is a place where students can develop to their highest potential.

In order for this to happen, our priority at Wroclaw International School is to secure a friendly environment, not only for our students, but also for their families. At the moment, almost 20 nationalities are represented at WIS. This cultural diversity significantly contributes to the international atmosphere at our school and enriches every member of the community.

The PTA organizes different events for families on a regular basis so that we can enjoy the richness of our school’s culture. All families can share what they think is valuable in their cultures. Our events are excellent occasions, not only for mixing with people from other nationalities, but also for finding support from other families to help make life in Wroclaw enjoyable and fruitful.

Our informal slogan – often used in WIS social media – is #TogetherWeAreBetter, which perfectly illustrates how we perceive cooperation in our multicultural community.
