At Wrocław International School, school life extends beyond the classroom. The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) helps bring families, teachers and students together, creating opportunities to connect, share ideas and take an active part in the life of the school.

Throughout the 2026/2027 school year, the PTA organises a range of events that bring the community together, from the Meet & Greet on Orientation Day and the School Halloween Party to the Winter WOW Concert, International Day and Sports Day.

Getting involved goes beyond school events. Parents can join regular open PTA meetings, contribute ideas, volunteer and help shape future activities.

Communication is supported through dedicated WhatsApp Class Chats and the PTA Facebook group.

There are also plenty of opportunities for parents to connect outside the classroom. The Book Club, Travel Club, Hiking Club and Badminton Club for Mums bring people together around shared interests, while Coffee Mornings with the Head of School and the new Walk & Talk in the Park offer informal ways to meet other parents and exchange ideas. Families can also make use of open library hours.

Whether by helping organise a school event, joining a club or simply meeting other parents over coffee, there are many ways to become part of the WIS community.

The PTA is an important part of what makes WIS more than a place to learn: it helps create a school environment where families can build connections and feel involved in the wider life of the school.
