A Wrocław’s Dwarfs Hunt was organized as a summative assessment task for the Grade 1 Map Unit of Inquiry. The students went to the Rynek for a gnome hunt. Each student got a Wroclaw Gnome Map beforehand and was getting familiar with the map. Then the children had a walk around the Rynek to find some dwarfs. The students were asked to mark them on their maps.

We hope this was a great opportunity for Grade 1 students to get to know the famouse Wrocław’s dwarfs personally and at the same time to learn more about the city!
